If you’ve tried to get back to a fitness routine after having a baby (or babies!), you know the struggle is real. First, where did your abs go? When did just the act of sitting up become difficult? But more importantly, where can you go to work on your fitness that provides childcare? Getting into the mindset for a good workout and getting there (on time) can be enough to make a mama break a sweat. No one needs the added pressure of coordinating childcare as well, right? Bonus if childcare costs are included in the class/membership price! We heard your cry, mamas. Below you’ll find a list of places to get fit in Nashville that either include your kiddos in the class or take care of them while you set a great example (and catch an hour or so for YOU). Health and fitness never go out of style, right?
