Before we know it, we’ll be sleeping off our Thanksgiving turkey (or maybe you’ll be one of us running it off?). Either way, it’ll be time to get that tree up and decorated and we’ve got your guide to the best Christmas tree farms around Nashville!
Big Sky Farm – Hendersonville, TN
There are 3 great options at this tree farm. You can cut down your own, purchase a “living tree,” or select a pre-cut tree. There are also several tree varieties available: Fraser Fir, White Pine, Leyland Cypress, Murray Cypress and Norway Spruce. They supply everything you need—including the saw and netting. They also provide wreaths and other greenery.

Rhonda & Chris’ Tree Land – Watertown, TN
Tree Land is a “choose & cut” farm in Watertown, TN. The trees available this year are Virginia Pine and White Pine. They supply the saws and the netting. Enjoy free hot chocolate, hot apple cider, cookies, marshmallows you roast on the campfire. Explore the natural beauty of the property and the wildlife who call this home. Well-behaved pets are welcome! No chainsaws or firearms please. A friendly TreeLander will give you a hand saw and a “tree wheeler” to haul your tree. Strong young men will shake and bag your tree then help you tie it on top of your vehicle.
Prices range from $65-$120. (Pay by cash, check or credit cards)

Country Cove Christmas Tree Farm – Murfreesboro, TN
At Country Cove, you can cut your own or buy one of their pre-cut trees. They supply the saw and they shake, bale, and load your tree.
At Country Cove Christmas Tree Farm, you’ll be able to choose from a wide variety of trees. On November 22 and throughout our season, we will offer both the Pre-cut trees and the Choose-&-Cut trees. Beginning December 4, we will also offer Choose-&-Cut White Pine, Virginia Pine, Leyland Cypress, Caroline Sapphire, and Norway Spruce.

At Country Cove Christmas Tree Farm, you’ll find not only the perfect tree and wreaths, but also other holiday items such as unique ornaments, sprays & picks, holiday table-top and home decorations, tree stands, The Handwritten Shoppe by Emily “Country Cove” ornaments, stocking stuffers, special occasion ornaments, and Kurt S. Wildwood Christmas Tree Farm – Woodbury, TN
You can cut your own or select one of their pre-cut trees at Wildwood Christmas Tree Farm. Also available are living Christmas trees. They have a huge treehouse play area (free if purchasing a tree, $10 otherwise) and a fun craft room for the kids as well as hayrides for everyone on Saturdays and Sundays ($3/person or $15/family). Check out their new cafe serving up their speciality hot chocolate and lots of other goodies.
They offer Ball & Burlap, Choose-N-Cut, and Pre-Cut Christmas trees each year. The varieties they grow on the farm include: Canaan Fir, Fraser Fir, Norway Spruce, Turkish Fir, and White Pine. All trees grown on the farm are PESTICIDE-FREE.

Erin’s Farm – Cunningham, TN
At Erin’s Farm, you can get your tree the old fashioned way. Walk thru acres of organically grown White, Scotch and Virginia Pines to find the perfect tree. Pre-cut Douglas Firs are also available. Enjoy a warm fire, the beauty of nature and the fun of the holiday season. You can cut down your own tree or have their staff cut one for you.
Opening day is November 22nd.
Trees are priced at approximately $10 per foot. Regular hours are 10am-4pm Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays November 22nd (10am-2pm) through December 7th. Credit cards and cash accepted. There will be a wreath-making workshop on December 8th priced at $45-50 per person. Some pre-packaged concessions will also be available. Guests are welcomed and encouraged to bring their own food and drink. Unless indicated we will have free hayrides, & hot cocoa. Check their website for additional holiday events.
Kandi Kane Trees– Clarksville, TN
Kandi Kane is run by a local retired military family. They have over 2,000 trees planted across 15 acres! A gift shop and wreaths are also available!

Pinewood Christmas Tree Farms – Franklin, TN
At Pinewood, you can choose and cut your own tree and they supply the saw. Choose and cut are sold per foot. Homemade wreaths are also available. There are lots of fun photo ops available as well! Andrews Spring Farm – Lewisburg, TN
Bring the whole family out to Andrew Spring Farm, located off Columbia Highway in Lewisburg. They offer several different trees, ranging from 6′-10′. Climb the lookout tower to spot that perfect Christmas tree. Find one you like, and they will give it a fresh cut, trim, and netting. They’ll even tie it to your car!
Let the Kiddos take a spin on the Carousel. Then warm up with a cup of Cocoa at Lucy and Sarah’s Hot Chocolate Stand, and then take a ride on the barrel train! If it’s shopping you like be sure to stop in the Gift Shop for a beautiful hand made wreath or some unique handmade gifts made by Rocky Top Woodcraft.

Santa’s Christmas Trees – Nashville, TN
Santa’s Christmas Trees have multiple lots around the Nashville area including Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville, Brentwood and Franklin. For exact locations, click here.
