Hey there! My name is Carolina Guske, and I am originally from São Paulo, Brazil. My family moved to Houston, TX one day after my 11th birthday, and we lived there for about a year before planting our roots in Nashville, TN. My husband Kyle and I met at Independence High School and started dating our senior year. Fast forward and we have been together for 13 years and married for 7. We have a daughter named Blair, who turns 4 in June and our furry daughter Jessie who is 7. I graduated from Belmont University with a double major in Marketing and Management, and came back for more, receiving my MBA with a concentration in Marketing. Go Bruins! I am still involved with my alma matter through the inaugural year of the Purpose Mentorship program- where I have the honor of mentoring college students in truly finding not just their career of choice, but their true purpose beyond accolades. As for my career, I am District Manager for ALDI (caw caw to those of you who are avid fans…IYKYK), and love what I do and the teams I serve. I assumed my first District in the Memphis market, where we lived from 2016-2021. Now, I am proud to be over the Murfreesboro and Spring Hill, TN regions in the Nashville market. Between a fast-paced career and motherhood, caffeine is my rock (well, and my husband of course). I am addicted to coffee and caffeine, and my daily drink of choice from Starbucks is a Grande shaken espresso with blonde shots, no classic syrup, one pump of white mocha, three pumps of sugar free vanilla, 2% milk and extra ice. Most days just one is not enough.
