Fall isn’t my absolute favorite season, but it’s up there since there are so many cute things to do with little ones!
This year, I made a little bum-pkin with our son (I just couldn’t resist)! It was actually a lot easier than I thought it might be. I just painted those adorable chubby little cheeks orange and painted on a green stem. After taking pictures cute enough to embarrass him in front of his future wife, I plopped him down on a piece of paper (you could also use a canvas) and ta-da! A bum-pkin!

My favorite thing about halloween is trick or treating, and (as has been established) I love my sweet boy’s little footprints. I know before long he will have some stinky feet, but for now they’re adorable, and I’m taking advantage of it!

My last craft is one I’ve been working on since last year. I saw the idea on Pinterest. After Halloween last year, I got a steal on a craft pumpkin, and I actually remembered this year to use it for this craft! I was pretty proud of myself for remembering. (Mommy brain is real!)

I’m so happy with how it turned out! An actual pumpkin carving knife may have made the job a little easier, but my xacto knife worked just fine. I can’t wait to put a battery operated tea light in it; I’ll be able to put it out every year!
