Since it became home to the Grand Ole Opry in 1945, the Ryman Auditorium — originally named the Union Gospel Tabernacle and now nicknamed the “Mother Church of Country Music” — has hosted many iconic performances. Museum visitors can take inspiration from the Ryman’s iconic stained-glass windows to create stained-glass-style suncatchers. Participants will explore the museum’s permanent exhibition, Sing Me Back Home, to learn more about the Ryman Auditorium and the many artists who have performed there.
