The term Galentine’s Day burst onto the scene in 2010 after first being introduced by the hit show Parks and Recreation. Ladies all around are now taking the time during the Valentine’s Day holiday to celebrate their favorite gal pals! It’s kind of the best idea ever and now that it’s a thing, we can’t just not celebrate it, right?

Calling all Valentines and Galentines! Join us for a fun filled LOVE theme cookie decorating class! A 2-3 hour Beginner Skill Level Class will teach you the basics of decorating sugar cookies. Learning techniques that include perfect icing consistencies, piping, flood, and learning how to decorate a LOVELY set of sugar cookies. Succulent Heart Topiary – Valentine’s Day Special
Enjoy an afternoon with your BFF creating a one-of-a-kind succulent heart arrangement. This workshop is held at the Classy Cactus Farm Greenhouse. The registration fee includes all materials and plants needed to create a custom Succulent Heart Topiary. This workshop is a succulent bar style, which means the creations are exactly what you want them to be. Choose from a full selection of Succulents. A plant specialist will guide you, step-by-step, in creating your beautiful + unique arrangement and you’ll learn how to care for the arrangement for months to come. Looking to break a sweat and then pop bottles with your crew to kick off Galentine’s Day?✨Pushups + Prosecco is teaming up with the Kimpton Aertson Hotel to bring a unique, sparkly, and fun fitness experience to Midtown Nashville.
About the experience: Together, we’ll crush a circuit-based strength workout with barre and pilates-inspired movement that hits every major muscle group. You can expect to work your upper body, lower body, plus dedicated circuits to target glutes and abs. We’ll bring modifications for all fitness levels, and we’re fully supportive if you need to hold a 10 minute child’s pose while the Liquid IV kicks in.

The Pushups + Prosecco vibe is inclusive, body positive, and booty shaking in between reps is highly encouraged.
