Mother’s Day Brunch at Evelyn’s

Evelyn’s at Hutton Hotel is offering an unforgettable brunch on Sunday, May 12th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in honor of the restaurant’s namesake, Evelyn Sharp, a mother, grandmother, philanthropist, and lover of the arts.

The five-course brunch is $75 per person, complete with a specially curated menu, “mom-osas,” bouquets of fresh flowers, and a photo moment to capture the memories. Diners can celebrate the mother figures in their lives amidst the art-filled setting with dishes such as:

The first course begins with Beet-cured Deviled eggs, served alongside egg mousse and chive

For the second course, choose between Evelyn’s Chop Salad featuring braised chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, pecorino, tomato and cucumber dressed in green goddess dressing, or Squash Blossom paired with whipped chevre, date mostarda and torn mint

For those craving something sweet, the third course offers a choice of Petite Cinnamon Roll accompanied by peach compote, candied pecans and vanilla anglaise, or a savory option of Rye Cured Salmon with horseradish, créme frâiche, crispy capers, pickled shallots and an everything crumble topping

Following that, Evelyn’s is serving a choice of Shrimp and Grana served with mascarpone polenta, stewed tomato and herb pistou, Smoked Brisket Hash featuring caramelized onion, crispy potatoes, over easy eggs and a gouda cheese sauce, or Garden Vegetable Quiche, combining leeks, asparagus, English peas, fontina cheese and fine herbs

To finish the brunch experience, indulge in either a Triple Chocolate Mousse, complemented by a vanilla cream, caramelized milk and cooking crumb, or a bourbon braised Peach Tart with a black pepper streusel
